Product Manager (Health Solutions)

We are committed to delivering the best possible experience for our members, whether they come directly to us, or via their employer. We are currently reimagining our B2B arm, called Health Solutions, and we are looking for the right talent to drive the Product offering to the next level.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Understand our current structure and infrastructure with all stakeholders across the company to make sure our existing business is equipped for success
• Reimagine the product offering by consulting with stakeholders internally, existing and prospective clients
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories
• Populate and prioritize the backlog for the entire Health Solutions stack: from eligibility systems, to CRM, to Marketing Communications
• Execute the reimagining strategy through prototyping with a Scrum team
• Reach across multiple functions, such as Product Management, Operations, Finance and the Business to validate requirements and formulate a recommendation

Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM, sales processes, HR and healthcare systems a plus
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a large company setting
• 2-4 years of Product Management experience
• Experience with Agile Product development
• Experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Looker a plus
• Self-motivated, results oriented, enthusiastic, and a creative thinker
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex problems and solutions across the company
