Fitango Health, Inc. (www.fitango.com) is an NYC-based Digital Health SaaS technology company, the developers of a disruptive Digital Health platform. We are seeking a leader of our Sales and Marketing with knowledge of healthcare technology and experience in the healthcare market to join our leadership team in our NYC office (no remote, please.)

Must

Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales cycle including, prospecting, building a pipeline of opportunities, pricing, negotiating and closing new business with large organizations to achieve revenue.
  • Conduct sales calls and demos to promote the Fitango Health platform
  • Develop new relationships with prospects in the healthcare provider space by identifying target clients, building relationships and scheduling meetings
  • Participate in exhibitions and events to meet with prospective clients
  • Be the subject matter expert in Fitango Health offerings to be able to communicate our value proposition and how our offerings can assist prospective customers
  • Effective negotiation of complex sales cycles and technical agreements
  • Track contacts, accounts and activities while providing an accurate forecast of new business opportunities via Salesforce CRM
  • Work cross-functionally with other functions to ensure a strong client relationship, seamless integration, project efficiency and continued engagement with our platform
  • As a startup, this position requires the candidate to be a self-starter with strong interpersonal communication skills

Requirements

  • Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team, while still being a strong individual contributor in a high growth entrepreneurial environment
  • At least three (3) years of experience in sales, with proven accountability for meeting sales-related targets and goals
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the willingness to build and manage a sales team
  • Willingness to travel based on the timing of conferences, prospects needs, and requests
  • Exposure to and knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Proven and demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication, negotiation, process, analytical and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
  • The candidate must be highly organized with a willingness to recognize and respond regularly to shifting priorities
