The Impact You Will Make
- Own Grubhub's landing experience, developing a roadmap that balances the needs of stakeholders against evolving and optimizing how users explore Grubhub's marketplace.
- Optimize all aspects of the home screen UX, from address collection and result refinement, considering how the UX should adapt based on a user's order history, market size, etc.
- Develop tools and processes for self-service management of promotional placements and content collections.
- Introduce new ways for users to explore food and restaurants.
- Own company-wide communication around all things Home
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Demonstrated experience optimizing personalized discovery experiences and multivariate testing in a B2C environment
- Experience working across front and backend engineering teams to execute complex projects
- Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions
- Superior communication skills, including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs that the stakeholders themselves may not be able to articulate
- Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities
- Familiar with product development in Agile and OKR methodologies, preferably with squad or tribe structures
- Bachelor's degree required

Vaccination Requirement: Grubhub employees are required to be fully vaccinated, and must be able to show proof of full-Covid-19 vaccination, and booster if eligible, prior to starting employment. Fully vaccinated is defined as: "2 weeks have passed since your second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's vaccine." Those eligible to receive the booster must receive the booster to be considered fully vaccinated, and those not yet eligible will be required to obtain the booster once eligible (6 months post last dose).
