Disney Streaming Services is seeking a Product Manager II to support the experience product platform and services teams.
As a Product Manager II, you'll be responsible for working collaboratively with our platform product managers defining platform requirements which you will deliver to services engineering teams to create scalable solutions for a unified platform.

Responsibilities :
- Work closely with services engineering release management to plan and schedule releases to the customer
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce a release checklist
- Develop a project plan and track progress across cross-functional product and services teams
- Communicate with executive leadership on the status of the release
- Create a release dashboard for greater transparency within the product and greater organization
- Coordinate with engineering on production rollout
- Evolve intake process and measure success
Basic Qualifications :
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Producer, TPM, QA Lead, Product Owner, or similar role
- Experience leading a team of developers through multiple product development cycles
- Proficient in utilizing Agile methodologies
- You collaborate with senior leadership to plan ahead in providing a roadmap indicating what objectives your team will be working on in the future. You are transparent with that roadmap for all interested parties.
- You speak and write clearly without being verbose across all communications. You distill complex problems into essential elements, and communicate across the team and executives effectively
- Proven track record of presenting to and influencing senior management
- Software development background a bonus
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification a bonus
The hiring range for this position in New York is $136,705 to $158,290 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered
