Product Manager - Integrations
Mission
Our mission is to make business personal, and we help our customers leverage the rapidly growing marketing technology landscape to drive engaging experiences for their customers. As the Integrations Product Manager, you will seek to understand our customers’ goals, the solutions they rely on, and define our approach to build world-class connectivity between mParticle and our customers’ technology stack.
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze diverse requirements from our customers and prospects, think strategically, and lead with data-driven decisions.
- Balance the needs of multiple stakeholders to effectively prioritize the roadmap.
- Manage development timelines and ensure consistent, high quality, iterative delivery of connections.
- Deliver demonstrable improvements to the customer experience.
- Balance long-term sustainability versus short-term tradeoffs.
- Identify areas of the integrations-related capabilities that expand how we can serve our growing customer needs.
Competencies
- 2+ years of product management experience at software technology companies.
- Passion for software products with experience across the development life cycle.
- A proven track record of success in managing diverse requirements from customers and stakeholders to accomplish great outcomes.
- Technical experience with platforms, APIs, SaaS architectures, and marketing technology.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills for audiences across skill levels and technical aptitudes.
