About the position:

Stellar Health is looking for a Product Manager with experience in internal operations and product development to join us! You will have the opportunity to own a piece of the product footprint, contribute to our Product Management culture, work directly with the senior leadership team, and partner with a world class engineering team.  Best of all, you will have the opportunity to work directly with end users to impact patient care for an unlimited number of patients.

What you’ll do:

• Develop deep empathy for internal operations teams and the practice-facing experience.
• Own articulating hypotheses, creating user experience stories, and be accountable for delivering these products on time.
• Write clear and concise Product Documents for the entire team to align around.
• Rollout new functionality or processes by collaborating closely with our Operations, Engineering, and leadership team.
• Hold the engineering team to a high standard of speed and quality.
• Develop, socialize, and maintain product roadmaps, specifications, and priorities for the Internal Operations team.
• Establish and contribute to processes that will improve Steller Health’s product development practices.
• Gather data insights and design tools that enable healthcare data exchange at scale.

You should have:

• At least 4 years of professional work experience as a SaaS or web-based application product manager or business analyst is required.
• A proven track record of using data to solve business problems.
• Process design experience, including iterating on existing processes, that is rolled out to a body of internal users.
• Previous experience working on a product with end users is required.
• Experience working on products or services that support practices, health systems, payers or other parts of the healthcare ecosystem is a plus.
