Founded in 2019, Flex is an early stage NYC-based FinTech startup that is building the infrastructure to enable flexible bill payments for all Americans, starting with a very common and very large expense: rent. Flex enables its users to pay their rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances, rather than paying the full amount on the first of each month. The Product Manager for Internal Tools will help design and develop the next generation of Flex’s financial platform, including Flex ledger and the credit management platform

What you’ll do:

• Identify and own the enablement of cash flow management in a real-time monitored way
• Define and iterate on building out reporting needs for our capital market partners
• Uplevel and influence the communication and culture of the product team to permeate across the rest of Flex

Who you are:

• Rigorous but methodical- you'll have an ability to set priorities and keep up with Flex’s fast paced work environment
• Data-driven decision maker- you're accustomed to leveraging structured frameworks when problem solving
• You partner with and influence multiple teams across functions in order to tackle complex and ambiguous problems
• High attention to detail in verbal and written communication skills as a product leader within Flex
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching payment and financial platforms is a plus
