Product Manager, Latch Delivery Assistant
Renting a home is the world's oldest subscription service. People spend thousands of dollars every month for an experience that is outdated, inconvenient, analog, impersonal, and leaves a lot to be desired. Latch delivers a full-building operating system designed to help owners, residents, and third parties like guests, couriers, and service providers, seamlessly experience the modern building. We’ve done this by combining software, devices, and services into a holistic platform that make spaces more efficient, enjoyable, and profitable.

Reporting to the VP of Product and working closely with our Chief Product Officer, this is a highly visible role, leading the Deliveries and Services Team to deliver unique experiences for the Latch community.
Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap for Latch’s deliveries experiences
- Run a scrum team of designers and engineers
- Manage Latch’s external delivery partners
- Gather and analyze key performance metrics or Latch Delivery Assistant
- Own pricing, go-to-market, and profitability of Latch Delivery Assistant
- Facilitate thoughtful and in-depth user research
Qualifications:
- Evidence of operations and logistics experience (ideally in an e-commerce delivery or package delivery environment)
- Minimum 3 years Product Management experience in a software/scrum environment
- Evidence of pitching and presenting to senior external partners
- Evidence of successful business development experience (ie. bringing on an enterprise customer or signing a partnership agreement)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
