Reporting to the VP of Product and working closely with our Chief Product Officer, this is a highly visible role, leading the Deliveries and Services Team to deliver unique experiences for the Latch community.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the roadmap for Latch’s deliveries experiences
  • Run a scrum team of designers and engineers
  • Manage Latch’s external delivery partners
  • Gather and analyze key performance metrics or Latch Delivery Assistant
  • Own pricing, go-to-market, and profitability of Latch Delivery Assistant
  • Facilitate thoughtful and in-depth user research

Qualifications:

  • Evidence of operations and logistics experience (ideally in an e-commerce delivery or package delivery environment)
  • Minimum 3 years Product Management experience in a software/scrum environment
  • Evidence of pitching and presenting to senior external partners
  • Evidence of successful business development experience (ie. bringing on an enterprise customer or signing a partnership agreement)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
