Job Description

The Product Manager will play a key role within the Global Product team to helpdevelop & manage use cases, functional requirements, product developmentbacklog, and product documentation associated with the development of modules and components for the product. The Sr. Product Manager will alsoassist with cross-functional teams for product execution and launch under thedirection of the VP Product. The Sr Product Manager will work independently and help mentor Associate Product Managers in the team. The role will requirecollaboration with key stakeholders within Publicis Media Product Team andexternal users to keep client needs top of mind. This role will require elicitationand documentation of requirements for product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience working with end users.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in user and product research to test, evaluate, and strategize onopportunities to evolve the product 
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX, and end users to define and document product requirements and identify product tests and use 
  • Monitor all inquiries and issues for product and be able to articulate them clearly to team, prioritize them in the backlog, and ensure timely 
  • Help support efficient working of all phases of product development, including sprint planning, retrospectives, etc. and managing tickets in Jira, as 
  • Stay on top of industry changes, through partnerships and self-research/learning that may have direct impact on product

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Advertising, or marketing
  • 7 years of experience with at least 3 years in business process, business analysis, user experience, or project/product management experience
  • in Digital Campaigns planning, activation or measurement/attribution working for or with Ad Servers and DSPs with Media Billing
  • Experience in digital or TV media planning/buying is a 
  • Experience with Dashboarding, Audience Modeling and Data Insights is a 
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both in person and 
  • Experience working within an agile framework and using tools such as Jira is a 
  • Experience participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, daily standups, 
  • Positive and strong team player with a good work 
  • Ability to work independently and or in a 
  • Comfortable working in an environment where priorities may shift due to industry, product, or user 
  • Thrives on brainstorming and building innovative solutions that consistently challenges the status quo
