JW Player is looking for a creative, driven, and experienced product manager with 3+ years of experience and excellent interpersonal skills to help lead the development and enhancement of the user dashboard and supporting customer websites for JW Platform.

You will work with a team of talented designers, engineers and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive our vision and product experiences for JW Player as we convert prospects to customers, new users to power users, and maximize adoption of new (and existing) features.

The ideal candidate is or has been a Product Manager with experience in SaaS product conversion optimization, on-boarding flows, user testing, and is well-versed in creating user-facing web applications with high-quality, personalized user experience and design. We’re looking for someone who’s created products that are delivered at scale and worked with customers to solve their unique needs.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with design and engineering to create a roadmap of features to drive awareness, adoption, engagement, and proactively reduce friction points in JW Platform
• Work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather and prioritize product/feature requirements and deliver product functionality
• Act as Product Owner and Product Manager in an Agile product development process, while excelling in the ability to multi-task and deliver high quality features in a timely manner
• Facilitate user testing on a regular cadence, whether its in-app A/B testing or in-person customer interviews
• Set and manage KPIs for product growth to help attain company goals
• Review and write functional specifications to communicate and guide product development
• Integrate and analyze product usage to continually optimize performance and user experience

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with the agile product process from the Product Manager point of view
• Knowledge of user testing and user interaction measurement tools like Optimizely, Google Analytics, Mixpanel
• Experience creating wireframes to translate product UX / UI vision into prototypes for design, engineering, and user testing
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and collaborate with a diverse group of people.
• Motivated, self starter with a consistent track record of taking products to market from idea conception to launch in a fast-paced environment 

Bonus Points:

• Experience with SaaS checkout and conversion funnel optimization
• Knowledge of video technology, JavaScript (Angular, React) and HTML
