nTopology is hiring for a Product Manager to help build outstanding end-to-end experiences and tools for engineers who are building workflows and applications on our platform. This unique role must uncover and deeply understand the opportunities of how software engineering tools and best-practices can apply to and enhance our customers’ advanced design and manufacturing processes. This role reports to the VP of Product.

What You'll Do

• Understand markets, competition, and customer problems in depth.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, sales, legal, and other teams.
• Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iteratequickly.
• Support other teams including sales, marketing, and customer success with enablement material and content.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.

Who You Are

• 3+ years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, with 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience working on code IDE’s (e.g., Visual Studio, PyCharm, Eclipse, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of visual programming, platform architectures, IDE’s, and the application lifecycle.
• Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, ormarketing.
• Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
