Product Manager - SEO
Some Challenges You’ll Tackle
- Help create the product roadmap for SEO.
- Provide technical recs and best practices for the website/app.
- Envision and launch new SEO product pages and tools from start to finish.
- Monitor SEO health and transactions.
- Provide reporting on SEO performance.
- Familiarity with JavaScript based sites and app optimization preferred.
- Work closely with marketing to provide SEO recs for their upcoming initiatives.
- Help manage vendor relationships.
- Comfortable performing technical SEO audits, site migrations, content roadmaps, and more..
- Excellent sense of design and intuitive UX.
You Should Have
- At least 3+ years experience in Product Management & SEO
- The ability to work independently on advanced SEO projects with little oversight
- Demonstrated expertise optimizing conversion funnels, UX, A/B testing, analysis and reporting
- Track record of success in fast-paced organizations with matrixed reporting environments
- Demonstrated collaboration skills, working across a broad organization including technology, account management, marketing, finance, operations, business development and sales
- Familiar with product development in Agile and OKR methodologies preferably with squad or tribe structures
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs
- Familiarity and comfort with data, including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals and metrics, and aid in the prioritization of initiatives and features. Strong analytical and quant skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive action
- Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities
