This role is remote, with one required visit to your designated home office per quarter.

Remote option is available for employees located in the following states; NJ, CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, MS, NV, PA, WV, Washington D.C., AZ, MD, LA and MI (States subject to change at anytime)

As Caesars/William Hill, we operate sports betting in 18 U.S. jurisdictions and have partnerships with the biggest leagues and media companies in the country including, the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, ESPN, and CBS Sports. On the Technology side, we’ve built an entire sports betting and iGaming platform from the ground up in less than 3 years. Through continuous improvement and data-informed product development, we develop features to ensure our customers have the best sports betting product experience in the market. Our Product Technology team is comprised of the brightest minds in Tech, and our culture of autonomy and decisiveness gives the team the freedom to deliver without constantly seeking permission to act. We chart our own path innovate as we create the next generation of products. We’re looking for passionate, dedicated, like-minded superstars that want to work with the best to build the best, and join the biggest name in sports betting and iGaming, as we look to lead the U.S. market though innovation and the quality of our products.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Coaching and providing leadership to the members of your team in areas such as, JIRA Management, writing release notes, backlog prioritization, among others
  • Owning your customer's experience. You  will need to be a subject matter expert responsible your customer's experience
  • Own your area’s roadmap. Collaborate with your teams and stakeholders to develop and communicate the vision for products across our digital platform
  • Create goals for your teams. Align and prioritize initiatives with the product roadmap in accordance with the customer’s needs, ROI and overall business strategy 
  • Display a customer-first mindset. You  need an understanding  of what your customers want now or would want, coupled with an approach to solving problems for them within your digital product landscape 
  • Collaborate across all disciplines. Work closely with engineering and design resources to develop feasible, viable and desirable solutions while incorporating customer feedback through multiple iterations of your products
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of data. You are required to better understand your customers and find opportunities to serve them through both qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Foster team communication. Clearly communicate the performance of your product utilizing key communication tools like detailed mock-ups, user flows, and prototypes
  • Nurture team spirit and enable a shared understanding of the requirements, the goals, the reasons for the priorities and why timelines matter to all team members
  • Requirements gathering and writing. Document and organize requirements using Agile methods like themes, epics and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
  • Timeline Planning. Work with your teams to be able to create and communicate timelines utilizing techniques like t-shirt sizing

Your experience: 

  • 10+ years developing successful digital products across various platforms including web, apps and connected devices
  • You’ve led multiple teams preferably comprised of various functions like Engineering, QA, UX Design in addition to Product
  • You’ve created clear objectives using frameworks like OKR's to guide teams to success
  • You have experience in Agile software product delivery preferably using tools like JIRA 
  • You’ve created and maintained roadmaps for multiple channels of work
  • You have a track record of leading large-scale products from conception through to completion 
  • You have experience prioritized initiatives balancing business goals, customer impact, resource availability and firm timelines.
  • You have observed and participated in customer interviews to gain insights into your products 
  • You’ve utilized frameworks like RICE to prioritize initiatives
