Position Overview

We’re looking for a Product Manager for the UI/UX team at Catalyst. Catalyst’s UI/UX team is a frontend platform team that owns UI architecture and performance. This team not only focuses on delivering a consistent end user experience, but also ensures optimal FE developer ergonomics. As a PM on the UI/UX team, your job is to provide an unparalleled user experience to customer success teams, with innovative functionality that delights and speeds up their workflow, so they can focus on delivering value to their customers, not on navigating the platform. Key areas this role will oversee include: navigation, templating, layouts/modules favoriting, responsive design, batch actions, component library 


What You’ll Do

  • Work to continually think of smarter, cleaner and quicker solutions to help customers interact with Catalyst
  • Develop deep product expertise to ensure that products are built to be maximally responsive to the needs of specific customer workflows 
  • Drive the strategy and execution of key features; manage the product lifecycle/roadmap for designated feature areas
  • Write product briefs, collaborate on wireframes and designs with designers and work with customers to shape features
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand the needs of CSMs and drive high-impact product improvements and new features
  • Rally and motivate team of engineers and designers around product vision to drive outcomes
  • Collaborate internally with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure successful product launches
  • Track adoption to determine impact of the feature and future iterations


What You’ll Need

  • 1+ years in UI/UX related product work within a technology company
  • 3+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality B2B products
  • Excellent communication across stakeholder groups including cross-functional partners, leadership, customers and vendors
  • The ability to clearly define a customer need and substantiate the prioritization of a solution while thoughtfully considering overarching company strategy
  • Demonstrated data-driven approach to problem solving with experience using research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making
  • A self-starter with eagerness to learn and move quickly in order to grow in a fast-paced environment
