As a Product Manager on JW Player's Video Management team, you will build relationships with customers to understand pain points, collaborate with design and engineering to create elegant solutions, and exhibit a bias for action to deliver impactful features.

The ideal candidate is a passionate, driven, and accomplished product manager with excellent interpersonal skills to lead the vision and product development for the core video management experience on JW Platform. Video is what we do at JW Player, so this role is highly visible and important to the success of publishers using our platform.

In this role, you will:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for video management features, enabling publishers to manage video inputs and outputs to reach audiences via JW Player.
• Act as Product Owner and Product Manager in an Agile product development process, excelling in the ability to multi-task and deliver high quality features in a timely manner
• Develop great understanding of customer use cases and pain points to deliver products at scale to solve their unique needs
• Define and track KPIs to measure progress toward company goals
• Collaborate with other product managers, designers, and engineering teams
• Review and write functional specifications to communicate and guide product development
• Integrate and analyze product usage and customer feedback to continually optimize performance and user experience

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with the agile product process from the Product Manager point of view
• Consistent track record of taking products to market from idea conception to launch in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating wireframes to translate product UX / UI vision into prototypes for design, engineering, and user testing
• Proven ability to manage a product backlog, using data to set and defend priorities
• Adaptability to a changing environment and collaborate with a diverse group of people.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of video technology and digital publishing workflows
• Experience with JavaScript (Angular, React) and HTML
