We are looking for our first Product Manager to develop our key products that will drive the growth of Beeswax globally. As a product manager, you will work with creative and prolific engineers to launch products for the most sophisticated digital advertisers. You’ll be responsible for guiding products through the full life cycle from initial analysis, requirements gathering, development, launch, and adoption.

This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, has a mix of technical and customer-facing skills, passionate about products, and is looking to accelerate their career at a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Launch new products and enhance existing products on a regular basis
• Understanding of the ad tech ecosystem with an emphasis on programmatic
• Engage closely with engineering team and customers to determine the best product implementations
• Define product vision and strategy
• Work with all key constituents to deliver high-quality decisions and outcomes

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant product management or related experience
• Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with product and engineering
• Strong desire to get things done and to ship features regularly
• A passion for products
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a meticulous attention to detail
• A strong learning curve, with the ability to understand our customer’s needs on both the business and technical levels
• Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to wear many hats and a strong desire to build something great
