Product Manager
Fluent is looking for an energetic and capable Product Manager to assist the growth hands-on of it’s rapidly growing web and mobile app media brands. The Product Manager will serve as the right hand to the Lead Product Manager on the project. This person must be entrepreneurial in nature, comfortable wearing many hats at once, and confident in the face of adversity and pressure.
Responsibilities include:
- Keep track of all ad inventory on site and identify the best ways to onboard, scale, and maintain revenue working with our Media Buyer, Analyst, Brand Manager & Team Lead.
- Analysis and management of all performance and web ad inventory
- Identify opportunities and execute winning strategies to optimize performance ad inventory on a per view/impression basis, as well as per user-session.
- Accurately understand and simplify datasets when information is incomplete and time is sensitive.
- Assist our Brand Manager in the deployment of new content and contribute towards the growth of new and existing advertisers on our site.
- Work alongside Account Managers to communicate scaling client ad spend effectively and precisely.
- Look at the website and mobile ad inventory holistically and optimize for through-traffic, organic traffic, etc.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years experience preferred.
- Experience managing a website/web property with WordPress.
- Experience managing CRM and customer retention programs.
- Google Analytics experience.
- Optimizely or Google Optimize experience.
- An understanding of Ad Operations as it pertains to websites or in-app ad inventory.
