As a Product Manager at Vettery, you will work closely with the UX and engineering teams to launch new features and product improvements for candidates and employers on Vettery. Over the past two years, our user base has grown considerably and we are now positioned to scale our product into a multibillion-dollar business. Your work will help connect highly-qualified job-seekers with some of the fastest growing companies in the world.
Who you are:
- 2+ years of product experience at an established technology company or venture-backed startup
- Track record of leading projects from conception through execution and iteration
- Strong product intuition and analytical capabilities
- Familiar with iterative development principles and practices
- Experience working closely with engineers and making technical tradeoffs
What you'll do:
- Work closely with UX, engineering, data science and other internal stakeholders to regularly ship product features and improvements and manage the product backlog
- Understand customer needs and leverage user research to inform priorities and product decisions
- Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics, and feed learnings back into the development process
- Clearly communicate product plans, tradeoffs, and results to a wide range of audiences
