- Independently conduct market research and strategic planning; identify new potential product solutions and marketing strategies.
- Release new features and enhancements that are quickly adopted by internal stakeholders, customers and partners. Work closely with tech writers, trainers, product marketing, sales and CX to share product knowledge and expertise on product releases for successful adoption.
- Resident expert on data available for segmentation and personalization across paid, owned and earned touchpoints. This includes, but is not limited to, data tied to anonymous and known identifiers, data collected via tagging, data collected through 3rd parties like CRM systems, customer data platforms (CDP), tag management systems (TMS) and data management systems (DMP).
- Launched and delivering revenue through compelling solutions that utilize behavioral marketing, reach, frequency and sequencing across multiple channels.
What you have done and who you are:

Experience with multiple marketing channels (email, display, mobile, social, website, etc.). Experience in email marketing, display advertising, identity management and behavioral marketing strongly preferred.
- Not necessarily a programmer but comfortable with technical concepts and equipped to brainstorm with engineers and designers.

- Disposition, both in attitude and ability to ramp in new areas and to shift priorities based on business objectives.
- Previous product management experience with an agile SDLC. Experience managing products from concept to design, testing, production, promotion and support.
