Description:

Brand Networks is looking for entrepreneurial Product Managers that can innovate and execute on product initiatives while also keeping an eye towards the future to help identify growth opportunities for existing or new products. The Product Manager helps define the path of a product towards a vision and removes any obstacles that impeded progress towards stated goals. The Product Manager solves complex problems across a wide spectrum of functional domains, including: application workflow, data analytics, and user experience.

  • Understand the strategic and competitive position of Brand Networks and deliver products that are recognized as industry leading.
  • Define and manage product roadmap and overall product vision.
  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of products that deliver value to our customers (internal and external).
  • Work with other product managers and the leadership team to align the product vision and strategy across the company.
  • Own the product backlog together with the engineering team.
  • Ensure that the engineering team has internalized the customer and business context of any new feature or product.
  • Lead customer discovery and development for your product; product feedback, usability studies, customer interviews, and research (competitive, market, customer). Synthesize inputs and incorporate into product requirements.
  • Define clear goals for product launches and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and prioritization of the backlog.
  • Create internal and customer-facing documentation, educate our sales and customer experience teams on new features, and lead product demos.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party partners/channels to ensure alignment between roadmap and channel roadmap/platform changes.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, including AdTech experience and delivery of entire products or large feature sets from start to finish.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate user needs through visual aids.
  • Ability to thrive in an incredibly fast-paced and start-up oriented environment.
  • Experience developing social products, technologies, and platforms is strongly desired.
