Product Manager
Rah Rah is building a disruptive enterprise grade SaaS platform for student affairs professionals and students at Higher Ed institutions. Rah Rah’s first-of-its-kind Student Life System will bring Higher Ed student affairs technology into the twenty-first century by creating a unified software platform that connects students, faculty, and administrators all in one place for student life activities.
Rah Rah is backed by senior executives at Workday (Nasdaq: WDAY), and recently secured its first university partners through its Design Partner Program (DPP). We’re hiring our first Product Manager to manage product development activities alongside our Design and Engineering teams, and to lead the implementation of the DPP. This role will include a very competitive salary and equity.
What you'll do:
Work closely with stakeholders to analyze patterns, prioritize product initiatives, and determine long-term product strategy.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to drive iterative development cycles, including feature backlog management and product roadmap planning.
Serve as the primary program manager for the Design Partner Program, coordinating stakeholder interviews and providing clear communication and documentation to partner stakeholders.
Balance the use of internal resources with consideration for both end-user needs and long-term corporate goals.
Lead core products from discovery through launch, with the opportunity to define distinct product categories.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of product management at a SaaS company
Preferred qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience in an end-user facing role
Background conducting quantitative analysis, and a high level of comfort working with big data (experience with data modeling and system design is a plus)
A team player and effective communicator who can work cross-functionally throughout the organization
An independent thinker who requires minimal guidance to get things done
Passion for creative problem solving
