Figuring out where to begin a career is a huge decision, but students are often forced to rely on overstretched career services centers and personal connections when they begin their job search. We have built the first product ever to automate early career recruiting and career coaching. Role Description: 

As an early member of our product team, you will work closely with the CTO to set the product roadmap, manage the engineering backlog, and develop product specifications. You will be responsible for developing an intimate knowledge of the recruitment space and ensure the delivery of products that look and feel great to the end user. You will wear many hats, be a generalist, and tackle a wide range of tasks, both small and big. You will work with the engineering team to build products ranging from workflow automation software for employers, advanced matching technology and data analytics, and tools to guide candidates through the stress of finding their first job.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years professional product management experience, preferably at a SaaS startup
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• High level of user empathy
• Good sense of design

Nice to have:

• Previous software development experience
• Enterprise SaaS experience
• Previous data analysis experience using SQL
• Experience in HR tech or education
