We are looking for a Product Manager to work closely with our team across all aspects of the Ribbon Health product, including driving technical decisions based on customer feedback and internal research, designing our API to be state-of-art and seamless to integrate, and owning critical analyses to ensure that Ribbon is enabling high-quality, cost-effective, and convenient healthcare decisions.

• Excitement and interest in technical products, with a unique understanding of API products and how they can power an industry

Your day-to-day

• Lead product decisions driven by feedback from our clients and work closely with our technical and go-to-market teams to make Ribbon Health’s vision a reality
• Work closely with our clients during launches to ensure the Ribbon API is driving immediate and ongoing value to our clients; build your knowledge of various integrations and identify ways to guarantee that all of our clients have a magical experience. • Analyze our existing datasets to ensure it fits the specific needs of clients and the healthcare industry broadly. Evaluate additional third party data sources to add scale and coverage in Ribbon Health data to drive an amazing product experience
• Own independent work-streams while also working collaboratively across the entire team (e.g., engineering, sales, etc.)
