About the Role:
The role of the Platform Product Manager will be to own and optimize the development of our internal CMS, and serve as the interface between CS, Account Services, API and Core engineering teams. The PM will drive the product development process, help define product strategy, write specs, manage project execution, define product roll-out strategies, handle cross-function communication and generally ensure that our internal tools enhance the abilities of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of features that impact the tools we use internally to drive success in Customer Success, Account Services, Business Ops, and Product.
- Drive product development by defining roadmap epics, specing feature stories, and overseeing the implementation and development.
- Define a measurement framework that can be used to effectively prioritize features and measure success.
- Perform competitive analysis, and stay ahead of the industry’s best practices.

Requirements
- 4+ years of product management or engineering experience
- Comfortable getting into the weeds on a variety of technical issues
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced and fluid startup environment
- Has worked with varied teams and multiple stakeholders to launch features
