As a Product Manager at Cadre, you will be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception through execution. In this role you will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members to ensure our platform is fast, easy to use, feature-rich and ultimately more efficient than anything else on the market today.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the delivery of product initiatives and releases
• Help strategize feature roadmap and product vision
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data analysts and business stakeholders to define and optimize product features that enhance the Cadre platform
• Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases
• Conduct research and detailed quantitative analysis and apply it to product strategy and planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to ensure requirements are clear and objectives are met
• Manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Lead a development team through every phase of the product process: product discovery, wireframing, testing, development, launch, and optimization.
• Utilize project development tools in order to track, organize and optimize project progress

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Experience shipping best-in-class, customer-focused products, and a proven track record of entrepreneurial success
• 2+ years of experience managing product development at a technology driven company
• Highly organized; ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Passion for building products and services aimed at innovating within the financial services vertical
• Experience being hands-on with the technical scoping process for a new feature or product
• An ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about business problems
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Understanding of agile, engineering concepts, and processes
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical personnel
• Background in fintech, private equity, or finance a plus
