Product Manager needed for DoubleVerify, NYC, NY. Will communicate the product vision and roadmap to key stakeholders and foster collaboration through knowledge and leadership in New York City, NY. Will define the product vision with key stakeholders based on customer feedback and functional needs and requirements. Will break down the product vision into user stories and manage development from concept to release, including the technical design and requirements. Will interface with customers and non-customers to improve the self-service experience. Will lead quality assurance efforts with development teams for accurate, high-quality, and timely product delivery. Will articulate products to sales, marketing, sales operations, and research and development. Will create product documentation for internal and external customers. Will analyze customer usage, pain points, and industry trends to drive product enhancements. Will support client services, sales, and business development teams. Will act as the subject matter expert for the client services and sales teams in terms of best practices, product capabilities, and ongoing support. Will lead the development of self-service campaign setup and trafficking interfaces and automated workflows specific to the online advertising landscape for both internal and external use. Will provide product management and use understanding of the online advertisement ecosystem, campaign set up, and traffic workflows. Will work with the process and workflow of engineering teams on a daily basis to ensure efficient and successful project delivery. Will use APIs, SQL, and saleforce.com platforms. Will run beta programs. Will engage in Agile development and continuous integration. Will engage in process management, business process engineering, and analytics. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or electrical engineering and five years of overall progressive experience in software engineering. This experience must include five years of experience in the following: (1) working within the area of AdTech / online media including the online advertisement ecosystem, campaign setup, and trafficking workflows; (2) managing the process and workflow of engineering teams to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of projects; (3) API’s; (4) SQL; (5) developing self-service interfaces and workflow automation; (6) Agile development methodology and continuous integration; (7) developing user stories; (8) UI /UX design concepts; and (9) quality assurance
