About you:

You have Product Management experience within the B2B, SMB, SaaS space. Have a track record of progressive and continuous success within a Product org. You understand how to manage resources and people that are not your direct reports. You empower and inspire your team to achieve their goals and meet company OKRs. You can prioritize clearly and manage finite resources. Facts and data drive the decisions you make and the programs you put in place. You can collaborate at all levels of an organization and are comfortable building relationships with partners, customers and vendors. You’re passionate about what you do and have an interest in being a part of the community we are building within youth sports. Most importantly, our core values speak to you on a personal level.

About the role:

As a member of the LeagueApps Product team, the PM will own the product development lifecycle from idea to release for assigned products. This role will require you to build strong cross-team relationships with the Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, as well as external resources.  You will be expected to continuously innovate to keep our customers and our partners on top of their game, and in return will get the opportunity to shape a product that is used by millions of people.

Skills:

• Manage product development from concept to scale
• Ability to talk with clients about their needs, flush out requirements, and uncover the details needed to make informed and accurate decisions
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and wireframes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including emails, proposals, analysis, exploratory calls, demos and meetings
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong Project Management skills and the ability to manage external and internal resources
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with engineers and designers
• Track and test delivered products vs functional requirements
• Experience working on a product team for a SaaS platforms
