Particle Health is looking for a Product Manager to help us revolutionize access to and sharing of medical data! You will work cross functionally, designing products that fix all the roadblocks between patients and their ability to leverage their medical record to enrich their lives. You will take charge of parts of the product roadmap, serving to translate between the needs of our customers and our development team. You will join the growing Product Management team at Particle and will work directly with the Chief Product Officer, engineering team and CEO on projects like our Customer Portal, Prototyping Sandbox, Data Transformation Pipeline and Consent Tool.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a reliable and adept Product Manager who is eager to break down large, technical problems and solve them systematically across multiple functions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive & support overall Particle Health product roadmap, product vision and strategy 
• Translate demand into functional product requirements through product requirement specifications and detailed development plans
• Work to develop and hold team accountable to consistent processes with continuous improvement
• Constantly drive product strategy, becoming an expert in healthcare data standards and health IT policy
• Understand the healthcare interoperability marketplace by keeping track of trends and developments in the marketplace and identifying demand/requirement for products and services;
• Manage product development timelines with the engineering team
• Monitor metrics and listen to the customer to prioritize and refine product
• Develop competitive intelligence on product features & functions, and total cost of ownership
• Measure and analyze performance of existing and new functionalities and features of products through dashboards, metrics, and customer satisfaction assessments
• Conduct necessary market analyses, or use existing relevant analyses, to assist in the development of innovative approaches to promote and communicate Particle Health’s products and efforts
• Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
• Experience identifying requirements via interviewing, user journeys, A/B testing, etc. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or another STEM related discipline, MBA desirable. Applicable experience is welcome as a degree substitute.
• 2+ years experience in a Product Management role within the healthcare technology industry, preferably at a large tech company or venture funded startup or other relevant, transferable experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
