RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track timelines, define milestones, lead prioritization workgroups, manage status reports, and spearhead engagement efforts.
  •  Participate and coordinate in deployments and/or incident resolution to ensure proper point-of-escalation as needed as well as managing business communications related to releases.
  • Apply Agile methodologies in working with developers and end users – PM will create and maintain product roadmaps, carry out product and usability testing, define success measures for products, measure product performance, oversee creation of project documentation contributing to development and acceptance of user stories, and leading demonstrations to business partners.  PM will also define and continually improve team workflows and core methods.
  • Engage with technical stakeholders and leadership as needed to determine the trade-offs between scope and timeline.
  • Work closely with MSK’s Strategy and Innovation team to ensure alignment with strategic goals and initiatives for the institution.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to team members and help them develop professionally. Additionally, identify necessary skills, write job descriptions and recruit new team members
