What You’ll Be Doing

• Business/Systems requirements gathering, validation and definition for current and future products
• Maintain the product knowledge base and documentation repository

  • Internal collaboration
• Assist with product training, presentations, instruction guilds
• Assist with product operations metrics and success criteria for launching new processes and lifecycles
• Define key metrics for post launch of processes and Lifecycles (e.g number of requests complete, product development time from dev to production, QA efficiencies, UAT defect cycles, knowledge base performance)
• Identifying and scoping opportunities to streamline operational processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
• Bachelors Degree in relevant field required
• Demonstrated experience in Business/Systems Analysis and Requirements including analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications
• Experience extracting data from product and development tools (Aha!, JIRA)
• Ability to analyze marketplace, industry, company, technology trends and best practices, vendor products and services, etc.
• Experience with technology products and agile development
• Self starter, positive and excited to work with a team of excellent engineers
• Very strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working at a software product company is a plus
