The Opportunity: 

Shutterstock Inc. seeks a Product Owner in New York, NY to work with tech leadership to setthe architectural approach for the API.

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, BusinessAdministration, or related field or equivalent, plus three (3) years of experience owning and creating the API business and competitive product strategy.
Prior experience must include three(3) years of working with a diverse set of stakeholders to develop product strategy and define
business/product requirements; performing advanced data analytics to find patterns and
communicate data insights to key stakeholders; conducting incremental revenue analysis,
forecasting and planning for a range of APIs; managing team budget and aligning financial
resources to business and product priorities; deriving business models and pricing structures for
different API products and services; creating business and product requirements documentation;
managing API feature iteration throughout the product lifecycle; managing external relations and
partnerships with the developer community, including facilitating and attending developer events
and evangelizing product internally and externally; and owning and delivering dashboards and
other advanced data analytics and customer insights for API platform, portal and API products.
