 We’re looking for a Product Specialist

The Product Specialist will focus on improving a variety of KPIs across the business on our portfolio of our B2B and B2C products and platforms. Your focus will be on managing product roadmap for specific initiatives, as well as supporting product operations of the product development process.  In this role you will collaborate with and learn from a team of product managers and engineers to execute on product roadmap. 

 How you’ll contribute 

• Own own the entire lifecycle of the products/features you build (ideation, design, build, testing, implementation, and iteration)
• Build end-to-end features for customers, external users, and internal users
• Handle customer and internal issues; and work across Product, Engineering and Customer Support teams to resolve bugs
• Define new product features that are back-end or customer facing
• This role will report to the Director of Product

What you need

• 1-3 years Product Management experience
• Experience with scrum and agile software development tools (such as JIRA, Confluence)
• Proven track record of shipping features that deliver results
• Passion for solving problems and seeing things through to resolution

• Experience with SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus
