The Retail Team is looking for a Retail Product Manager to join our NYC team. You will be responsible for managing a cross-functional team to build up the retail business.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage chefs, product developers, manufacturers, suppliers and designers to come up with prototypes for new retail products.
• Gather consumer and market insights, analyze sales data and meal ratings and come up with recommendations for new retail products and current product improvements.
• Partner with the brand and marketing team to create retail marketing campaigns.
• Present product and marketing strategy to national retailers.
• Work with the tech team to build an omni-channel platform that allows the consumer to be connected to Freshly both online and offline.
• Responsible for day-to-day project management for multiple initiatives within the retail project, ensuring cross-functional tasks get completed in time.
• Act as a consumer advocate within the organization, owning and amplifying the pulse of Freshly’s customer throughout the organization.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years working in a CPG company or consulting.
• Experienced in product management, innovation, shopper/trade marketing, or consulting.
• Scrappy and comfortable with stepping into execution mode as we’re building up a new business.
• Data-driven: you should have enough data chops to feel comfortable extracting, manipulating, and analyzing results of surveys and other quantitative data sources.
• Team player, extraordinarily collaborative and inclusive.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
• Well versed in Power Point and Excel.
• Highly efficient and organized, with great attention to detail.
