Our product teams are the workshops that transform Revolut’s ideas into reality. From creating Metal cards to developing cutting edge features such as Crypto Trading, Vaults, Budgeting/Analytics and Social Payments, each area of Revolut’s offering is owned by a dedicated product team with responsibility for all aspects of what they are building, from compliance and legal to business development and finance. Each product team operates independently like a mini-startup within Revolut, with its own tech and design resources. This not only allows for fast-paced development and pivots, it facilitates passionate, close-knit teams that work closely together to achieve their goals. 
As the voice of the US customer within Revolut, the Product Strategy Lead will identify & champion key customer needs and opportunities at the company.
The role requires you to:
• Define product vision and strategy for the US market, with a goal of changing the way people interact with and manage their money, and making Revolut the #1 FinTech App in US
• Help make the US customer onboarding journey seamless and compliant
• Partner with your dedicated regional team Product Owner at HQ to build and manage the roadmap for the US market
• Drive local customer research to ensure we’re solving real customer pain points and address needs from the start• Build business cases for new product initiatives, with a focus on market and opportunity sizing
• Align with local Head of Growth to help drive user acquisition in your market
• Help drive go-to market strategy for all products in the US market, working closely with central Product Owners at HQ
• Read technical docs, research regulations, manage risks, negotiate deals, or do whatever it takes to deliver amazing consumer products
• Analyze, prioritize, optimize, and repeat
• 10+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years of product and hyper-growth company experience
• Deep understanding of the US market, including connections to relevant partners. Prior FinTech experience is preferred
• Strong empathy for customers and an unwillingness to compromise on user-centered design
• You are highly logical and technical
• Demonstrated capacity to take data-informed decisions
• Solid track record of achievement - e.g. you have worked in a top tech company or start-up, quickly assumed major responsibilities, or won competitive awards (academic, professional, or sport)
• You can break complex problems into smaller logical ones and prioritize them with data
• You are curious by nature, have great attention to detail, and have built amazing consumer products yourself
• You are an entrepreneur who can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute
• You hustle, take ownership, and get things done
• You will work with an international team of product owners and leads from the world's leading tech and finance companies
• You will learn to dig deeper into relevant customer acquisition data and market insights
You'll be on the ground floor of a new territory, working directly with C-level stakeholders to execute on new products that will make Revolut the fastest-growing FinTech in the US
