Kaplan Test Prep is looking for a Product Owner to build a technology platform using Salesforce to manage our B2B business. This platform will have all the end-to-end capabilities needed to grow our B2B business including the functionality for our employees to manage the customer relationship and the self-service portals for our customers.
 

What would you do?

• Identify customer needs, validate them with insights from running tests, and prioritize requirements

• Create and communicate the product roadmap and the progress against it in a timely fashion to the broader organization

• Create common functionality that spans multiple business lines

• Define MVP and manage tradeoffs and risks

• Manage a cross-functional team to ensure alignment across Product Management, UX and Engineering

• Mentor Salesforce administrators

• Keep abreast of Salesforce’s capabilities and evangelize their adoption at Kaplan

• Demonstrate excellent cross-group management skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills

What you need to have?

• 5+ years of product management experience using Salesforce technologies

• Implemented customer acquisition and service capabilities using Marketing, Sales and Service clouds.

• Built custom applications using Salesforce communities and various appexchange products.

• Demonstrated ability managing product teams that partner effectively with engineering, UX and stakeholders.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum

• A great eye for design and user experience

• Experience integrating Salesforce with Zuora is a very nice to have
