We are looking for an experienced product leader to scale Maven’s member-facing products. You will own all products across Maven’s different tracks from family planning through pregnancy, postpartum and pediatrics across our global population of members. Reporting to the SVP, Product, you will partner closely with leaders across engineering, clinical, marketing, growth, strategy & operations to build out our member-facing strategy and products. Your focus will be on driving better health outcomes through an engaging human-centered experience.

As a Senior Director, Product at Maven, you will:

• Deeply understand our members and why they use Maven—what problems do they encounter and what opportunities do we have to better achieve their desired outcomes? 
• Lead the Product vision, narratives, and strategy for Maven’s member facing Products across the growing span of Maven offerings (e.g. maternity, fertility, and parenting & pediatrics) and identify new product areas that further Maven’s ability to impact health outcomes for our members
• Hire and oversee a team of Product Managers, fostering team engagement and creating a team environment that helps each PM grow their careers at Maven
• Building a unified member experience through a vision and strategy that is clear but enables your team to own their own product areas and roadmaps
• Partner with Product leadership on Care Delivery and Platform teams to bring high quality care to our members and connect the systems that allow our providers to operate at top of license with Maven members
• Work closely with senior leadership across Maven to ensure alignment and deliver on business needs while building a user experience that meets the needs of our members 
• Define success outcomes and create systems that inform leadership on progress and success across your teams 
• Support and scale Maven’s product operating rhythms in next phase of major growth

We’re looking for you to bring:

• 10+ years of Product experience building digital consumer products throughout the entire product lifecycle
• 6+ years of experience building and managing high-performing product teams with a track record of consistently delivering on roadmap commitments 
• Strong product sense, basing decisions in data, user feedback and measurable impact
• Experience leading and growing the careers of Product Managers over the course of multiple years
• Ability to navigate to the the best solution in ambiguous situations, using empathy and candor to explain the rationale behind decisions 
• Skill navigating executive stakeholders to reach the best business outcomes

Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them, you can learn them with us!):

• Background in a healthcare-related or other regulated field
