WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Senior Growth Product Manager we are seeking will be excited about developing and testing hypotheses to improve our direct response advertising creatives and grow our user base. You’ll bring a rapid experimentation mindset to the team and shape our creative testing strategy. Over 100M people see our ads every month, which means your work will have an immediate large scale impact. 

You’ll have access to multiple data sources including consumer behavior analytics, user research, and experiment performance to maximize click rates and customer acquisition cost. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and senior leadership to rapidly execute and iterate. The growth team moves very quickly, and you’ll be exposed to new challenges on a daily basis.

This position can be remote or onsite at our HQ in NYC.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience leading a team of engineers, designers, and data analysts to design, execute, and evaluate a/b tests on landing pages and creative advertising
  • Deep understanding of acquisition / retention KPIs and complex funnels
  • Have a growth marketing/optimization mindset; deeply analytical 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity
  • Must be a proactive team player who enjoys working with peers and other key stakeholders to design and execute against the evolving business needs
  • Editing and copywriting skills 

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Knowledge of Optimizely and/or Mixpanel
  • Experience in a startup strongly preferred
  • Experience marketing a B2C subscription product
  • Experience working with creatives or marketing. Willingness to learn if not.
