We keep the internet safe by fighting organized cybercrime. Our products accurately detect and prevent even the most sophisticated bots and our customers include some of the web's largest and most forward-thinking companies.

We support and challenge one another and regularly hold team learnings, product reviews and progress updates to fly faster. We strive to develop a highly collaborative team that works well with all the other teams to meet our clients’ needs.

What you'll do:

  • Own the roadmap for the White Ops platform through which customers access our services. Define workflows, reports and dashboards that delight our customers.
  • Be the go-to person with your colleagues in customer-facing roles (Sales, SE, & Customer Success)
  • Work closely across several teams ensuring we are building a scalable user experience as we expand into different verticals and customer segments
  • Translate customer needs into clear, well-defined requirements. Work closely with engineering to turn requirements into easy to use features.
  • Maintain a backlog of well written and clear user stories. Define success criteria and definition of done.
  • Participate in daily/weekly agile ceremonies
  • Ensure smooth release process, including release notes, user documentation, sales enablement, demos, etc
  • Build a world-class customer integration and on-boarding experience
  • Lead our products to meet security requirements from some of our largest customers as well as achieve regulatory compliance (such as MRC, GDPR etc.)

Who you are:

  • 5+ years product management experience in building successful SaaS products
  • Experience with big data analytics, reporting and visualizations
  • Experience with various user and feature testing methods (e.g. A/B testing, usage analytics, usability testing)
  • Excellent at gathering customer requirements and translating them into engineering requirements
  • Deep understanding of UX
