Senior Product Manager, Channels

As a Senior Product Manager, Channels you will seek to understand the challenges our customers face and deliver elegant solutions our customers love. The role will be reporting to Group Product Manager, Channels.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize upcoming sprints, features, and enhancements in the story backlog
- Write use cases and user stories to build a shared understanding around user needs and the definition of success
- Define the future of channels by delivering a value-driven product roadmap that rolls up to top-line objectives, ensuring that we build the right products that can scale
- Inform decisions with unbiased qualitative and quantitative data
- Deeply understand our customers, market, and technology ecosystem. The channel's team is at the forefront of a rapidly growing landscape, and staying on top of trends is crucial
- Ensure transparency and communication by partnering with engineering, product design, product marketing, and other teams across the business to discover and validate meaningful solutions

- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, sprints, prioritization, and debt elimination
- Experience with product discovery and design thinking, a plus
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in Product Management or comparable role
- Experience with Video, Martech, or related SaaS
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to drive through complexity to achieve results
