The Senior Product Manager will identify and define customer problems best addressed through innovative AI methodologies in order to help our customers take action with confidence. You’ll be central to developing NLP-powered topic suggestions, building ML systems to analyze and interpret millions of webpages, and generating AI-influenced insights and recommendations. This is a role with enormous leadership opportunities for someone with initiative, drive, and an outcome-based mindset.

What you’ll do:

• Proactively manage feature lifecycles from strategic planning to product release and iteration
• Partner closely with other product managers and UX designers to craft concepts and define requirements for customer-facing products
• Work with data scientists, designers and engineers to experiment and productize models and systems that turn data into actionable insights
• Identify our customers' needs and opportunities through data analysis, interviews, and research through quantitative and qualitative methods
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to define and manage a feature roadmap
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide support for escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints
• Communicate feature releases to internal and external users
• Function as the Product Owner for an Agile Scrum development team to define, deliver, build and iterate on capabilities
• Mentor and lead by example for other members of the product team

Who you are:

• You are a Senior Product Manager with a strong technical background in engineering and/or research 
• Progressive thinker paired with strong execution - can envision a different world and can articulate a clear path to get there
• You bring applied product management experience including work with Enterprise SaaS applications
• Repeated, demonstrable success defining, launching, and refining data-driven products
• Strong data manipulation and quantitative analysis skills; SQL proficiency is a big plus
• Successful experience applying NLP, ML, or other AI technologies to customer-facing products or applications
