About the Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, Claims Data on the Cityblock Data Platform team you will be at the leading edge of integrating a complex set of data sources into our rapidly evolving data pipeline. You will join our Data Platform Product Management team which works closely with our engineering, data science, finance, actuaries and clinical operations teams to create an enriched data model enabling the best care for complex and vulnerable populations throughout the US. Specifically, we are seeking a claims data subject matter expert that can advise our engineering team, partner with various internal stakeholders using claims data to understand and scope use cases, and ultimately support scalable claims data ingestion from our payer partners.

You will:

• Product manage data pipeline solutions related to claims data for a wide range of stakeholders, including actuaries, finance, implementation, and operating stakeholders
• Guide our strategy around our evolving our claims data pipeline with value added solutions - this pipeline is critical to supporting a wide range of use cases in our business
• Document product requirements and clearly communicate with key collaborators on product needs and vision.
• Ensure we are using industry best practices and approaches for prepping, enriching and analyzing health data at scale.

Requirements for the Role:

• You have at least 5 years of experience working on health data product management and/or in health care analytics, working specifically with healthcare claims data
• You are invigorated by data challenges and enjoy setting a vision and data roadmap.
• You have strong analytic, writing, presentation and communication skills so you can explain complex data challenges to numerous non-technical stakeholders.
• You enjoy working on end-to-end data product development.
• You have a passion for doing mission-oriented work.
• You enjoy working with a diverse group of people with different expertise.
