Senior Product Manager - Enterprise Events
SeatGeek Enterprise is our innovative open-ecosystem enterprise ticketing software that allows teams, venues, and promoters to efficiently run their businesses and captivate fans.
We're proud to partner with some of the most recognized names across the globe including the Dallas Cowboys, Brooklyn Nets, and Liverpool F.C., as well as the NFL, MLS, half of the English Premier League, and theaters across NYC's Broadway and London's West End.
SeatGeek is a product-centric organization that prides itself on beating industry competitors through a superior user experience (think: not Ticketmaster). Our product culture is defined by our high quality bar, a "ship early and often" mindset, and a transparent and autonomous environment.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of small, medium, and large product initiatives that redefine how Concert Promoters (and other event organizers) ticket their events using the SeatGeek Enterprise platform. Prioritize, define, build, and iterate on features to improve and expand this portfolio.
- Become the subject matter expert on the event organizer persona through relationships with event organizers and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align a diverse array of business and product needs, and translate that into a long-term product roadmap
- Work with other product managers, engineers (ICs and tech leads), and designers on planning and implementation work
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage planned and unplanned work, make trade-offs, and balance speed with quality
- Proactively communicate updates on deliverables and outcomes to stakeholders, and be an ambassador for your product area to the product team and broader organization
Who you are
- You have a proven track record of shipping enterprise products, with 5-7 years of relevant product experience
- You have a technical background, are intensely curious about the technology that powers the products you work on, and have a deep level of data fluency
- You are comfortable making impactful decisions based on a balanced view of data, domain expertise, and gut instinct
