As Product Manager in our Procurement team, you will act as the interface between the customer and our engineering team and shape the future of Celonis’ operational apps in the domain of Procurement. An Operational App is a built-for-purpose solution created for a specific line of business to optimise their daily business execution. The app leverages capabilities across the Celonis technology to provide persona-specific user interfaces for each level of the organisation.

A Procurement function plays an important role within an organisation. It defines the strategy to acquire goods and services to ensure continuous business operations. It ensures the right materials are obtained at the right price, from the right sources, in the right quantity, meeting the right specifications, and delivered at the right time to the right users.

YOU...

... have a university degree in a business administration field or BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable education

... have experience in product management or consultancy for Procurement solutions (Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

… think analytically, work in a structured manner and can quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships

... have a strong competence with explaining the daily tasks and its weaknesses in today’s procurement departments and come up with possible solutions

... have an outstanding ability to understand product vision and strategy, and fulfil them through shaping and building solutions

... have a good understanding of data structures in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa)

... have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to work very closely with customers

... are self-motivated, work independently and collaborate well within and outside the team

... are fluent and comfortable in working and presenting in English

... might have experience with data models and frontend analytics apps using SQL and PQL (this is a plus)
