Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Growth team at Candid™. We’re building a best-in-class consumer healthcare brand and are looking for a Senior PM who can help us drive growth to both our At-Home business as well as our Studios business. This isn’t a typical ecommerce role - we’re educating consumers about a whole new category of healthcare offering, driving offline conversions into our studios as well as online purchases, and constantly testing personalized flows for different customer segments. You will partner with our Head of Product and our engineering and design teams within the context of an Agile sprint process and will report directly to our Director of Product or Head of Product in our NYC HQ.

What You'll Do

• Lead the entire product cycle: from ideation and requirements gathering, through ongoing weekly sprints, to actively reporting on your wins and sharing the learnings from the failures 
• Own the roadmap for the Growth team, tweaking new experiments based on new information, while also building towards the long term health of the stack 
• Maintain a balanced collection of projects; some quick, incremental wins and some big swings with potential step-change impact
• Embody a growth mindset, from your experimentation mentality to your data analysis ability and your desire to always dig into the numbers to figure out what’s going on
• Quickly resolve issues and find non-technical ways to help the team solve problems
• Identify new strategic product opportunities that will help us stay cutting edge and deliver on those opportunities

What You'll Need

• 5+ years experience in a product role, with some growth-specific experience
• Empathy for our customers and an ability to translate their needs into strong business-facing understanding
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across teams to prioritize conflicting opinions and communicate effectively with team members to build alignment
• Ruthless prioritization skills and the ability to estimate impact to help others decide between two good ideas 
• Intellectual curiosity and creative problem solving skills, especially across non-technical teams
• Strong data analysis ability and the desire to personally dig in to look at the data
• CS background preferred
