About the Role
We are looking for a strategic product thinker with growth product management experience to help accelerate Ro’s business growth and create the optimal patient experience. You will own a significant part of the patient journey to drive member growth and engagement. This role will report to the Director of Product, Growth and will partner closely with engineering, design, data, and user research.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive patient growth for Ro
- Lead a cross-functional team of product designers, engineers, and analysts to drive engagement and conversion on our web platforms through both rapid experimentation and big bets
- Extract key insights from data and user research to inform product strategy
- Collaborate closely with the Growth, Finance, Marketing, Clinical, Operations, and Legal teams to drive innovation in the patient experience
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2+ years of experience working on growth
- Successful track record of owning a complex set of product features, defining a 6-12 month strategy for a product area, and consistently delivering on OKRs
- Experience with hypothesis-driven product development and A/B testing
- Passion for breaking down complex problems into simple solutions and making data-driven decisions
- Excellent product judgment: Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance stakeholder needs with business priorities, and drive detailed trade-offs over the product lifecycle
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills: Ability to establish common ground with empathy and candor, manage conflicting points of view, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
- Bonus points: Experience working on both web and mobile applications
