We’re Onna: A passionate, hard-working team solving one of the biggest challenges facing today’s businesses — knowledge fragmentation. We’ve built the world’s first Knowledge Integration Platform to make enterprise knowledge more accessible, useful, and private. We help some of the world’s leading companies like Facebook, Slack, Electronic Arts, and Fitbit, to bring together fragmented knowledge from today’s most popular workplace applications. With our platform, teams can unify, protect, search, automate, and build on top of their organization’s proprietary knowledge, allowing them to leverage it in new and intuitive ways.

Onna is engaged in an active phase of growth and we are hiring across our offices in New York City, Barcelona, Raleigh-Durham, San Francisco, London & Toulouse. We are thrilled to be able to welcome new team members from across the world to a work environment which is lighthearted, fast-paced, exciting, and flexible. We provide our people with the tools, resources, and outstanding leadership to take their career to the next level. If this sounds like an exciting opportunity, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

You will lead strategy for our core knowledge integration platform product, ensuring effective alignment with our product roadmap, advocating for our users and prioritizing their experience in your thinking. You’ll work closely with our Head of Product, team leads and other product owners to understand and execute business needs, user needs (UX) and brand guidelines.

Empowering and guiding others to work effectively and efficiently with data is a key part of your role, alongside maintaining a tight feedback loop between our customers and our product teams. You’ll synthesize and communicate insights during the product development process, providing vision and direction to the Agile teams and stakeholders throughout the project.
You will lead sprint planning and set clear expectations, working in coordination with the development team to execute, deliver and meet the release/sprint goals, ensuring product objectives are fulfilled, and that deliverables meet requirements and business expectations. You will assess value, plan and develop cases—prioritising the product backlog to ensure focus on those with maximum business value. Your vision and direction to the Agile teams and stakeholders throughout the project will help identify and remove impediments, and ensure team focus
We’re currently all working remotely, but in the long-term this role would ideally be based out of our RTP office.

Who you are:

  • You have 7+ years of experience in Product Management roles, ideally coming from SaaS companies and products
  • You have experience with API integrations and knowledge of backend technologies

  • We'd love to see experience working on core extensible platforms (that power other products)
  • Experience working on file management systems is a plus
  • Machine Learning experience is a plus
  • You have outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Your attention to detail is excellent, and you have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
