About The Role

Product Managers at Happy Money are involved in all aspects of the product development lifecycle. They transform great ideas, tech, and science into amazing and delightful member experiences. 

Happy Money is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our loan origination and servicing systems. You will be critical to defining the product vision and strategy, collaborating with engineering and product leadership to drive execution, and ensuring successful adoption working with different cross-functional teams (both internal and external).

This is a 100% remote role (based in the US)

In This Role You Will...

• Establish the product vision and strategy for our core system of record that can be leveraged across all our product offerings
• Build and manage the roadmap for your product area and ensure it aligns with our broader business goals and delivers value to our current and future customers and lenders
• Become the domain expert - clearly understand the business needs when it comes to origination and servicing, working closely with our operations team and be their trusted partner and advocate
• Build alignment across product teams and cross-functional leaders through clear communication and strategic influence
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ship and iterate for maximum impact and quick learning
• Define key success metrics, track and report on critical milestones and overall outcomes

ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience in consumer lending working on loan origination/servicing platforms
• Strong track record of end to end ownership
• Have worked effectively in an agile environment driving backlog grooming and prioritization
• Ability to clearly document and communicate product, technical, and business requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather data, both qualitative and quantitative, emerge with insights and make and communicate well-reasoned decisions
