About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and technical product leader to help build an industry leading mobile app experience to improve customers’ hearing. As the Senior Product Manager, Mobile, you’ll own critical pieces of the customer journey like the onboarding flow from unboxing to putting on the hearing aids for the first time and connecting them to the app. Ultimately, you’ll lead our product strategy around helping our customers improve their hearing using our connected hearing aids and app.
This role reports directly to the Head of Product.
Key responsibilities:
- Guide the product strategy and goals for our team focused on building mobile app hearing aid controls
- Partner with Lively and 3rd party engineering teams to enhance hardware and software integrations that enable new hearing experiences to help our customer improve their hearing
- Steer the discovery of how to make hearing simple and easy by gaining a deep understanding of our customers via qualitative and quantitative research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose customer pain points and improve their experience leveraging both digital and physical touch points like the web and mobile patient portal, support center, what’s in the box, and onboarding flow.
About you:
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing technology
- Successful track record of delivering business results by building delightful product experiences across web and mobile applications
- Ability to understand complex technical systems and convey them in simply and clear communication
- Data driven decision making and the ability to think creatively about how to get the data you need to best inform decisions & strategy
- Excellent collaboration skills. You work well with others towards shared goals, guide teams to manage conflicting points of view, and create an atmosphere of empathy and cooperation.
