How you'll help make homeownership achievable:

• Lead a cross functional product, engineering & design team to focus on the most impactful projects that empower the entire company to help homebuyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and the entire housing ecosystem.
• This role specifically focuses on our native iOS application that gives agents access to the offer creation and submission process of our RibbonHub
• Innovate to help promote collaboration from all the main actors in the home transaction space
• Take a mobile-first approach in ideation and innovation to truly take advantage of the mobile platform in bringing value to our customers
• Work closely with engineers and designers to help us complete the most impactful initiatives
• Work closely with functions across the company whom we serve as customers (operations, finance and risk, growth, engineering).

• Business acumen - Ribbon is a complex business. You will need to understand the whole business so you can drive the best product decisions.
• User centric - Passion for the customer and their user needs and translate those needs into innovative solutions
• Data chops - Natural at diving into the metrics through our data tools, as well as choose the right metrics to set the team up for success.
• Product Process - You should be applying standards across product discovery and delivery that promotes collaboration and data-driven product decisions
• Relentlessly resourceful - You find a way to get the most challenging things done through determination and creativity.
• Mobile-first - You should think mobile-first in your ideation and innovation process to ensure you truly understand and take advantage of the mobile platform and its unique benefits from a user experience standpoint

You have:

• At least 4 years of experience in a Product Management role
• Built world-class products, ideally a real-world marketplace or a product with a strong operations component
• Technical knowledge of how software works and what's difficult and what's possible
• Native iOS/mobile experience
• Founder experience is a huge plus
• Design or software engineering experience is a plus
