About the role.
We’re looking for an accomplished product leader to help us accomplish our mission of bringing high quality and delightful hearing care to millions. As the Senior Product Manager, Patient Care, will partner with our Audiology team to establish and execute on our product vision for delivering best-in-class hearing outcomes through our tele-audiology platform. This role reports directly to the Head of Product.
What you’ll do.
- Establish and evangelize a product vision across the company for delivering best-in-class hearing care
- Guide the product strategy and goals for our hearing care platform across web and mobile applications
- Identify and launch new opportunities for audiology services that improve hearing outcomes for our customers
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to efficiently and effectively deliver best-in-class care to our customers at scale
- Extract key insights from qualitative and quantitative user research to inform our product strategy
What you’ll bring.
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping both consumer-facing and internal-facing technology
- Successful track record of delivering business results by building delightful product experiences across web and mobile applications in a complex area of a business
- Strategy and prioritization chops. You’re able to create a product strategy and prioritize opportunities that balance customer experience, stakeholder needs, and business priorities.
- Experience launching customer experiences that depend upon a high degree of coordination between the product and customer facing teams
- Excellent collaboration skills. You work well with others towards shared goals, guide teams to manage conflicting points of view, and create an atmosphere of empathy and cooperation.
